Notice to Users

We could bore you with legal terms, but here's the sensible version:

1. This site contains information. We think it's correct but it might not be or there might be pieces missing. If you use it then you, not ACRO, are responsible for the results.

2. We provide technical information for trained, experienced personnel who already know what they are doing. If that doesn't describe you then don't do it. If you ignore this warning and try something described here, any damage or injury to anything or anyone caused by your activity is your responsibility, not ours.

3. If you try to crack this system you will be caught and prosecuted. Suspicious activity will be intercepted, monitored, recorded, copied, audited, inspected and disclosed to authorised site and law enforcement personnel as we see fit.

4. We reserve the right to remove any content from our site that we don't like. We are the final authority on what we like or don't like, but usually our standards are pretty sensible.

5. This whole site and all of its parts are copyrighted. You may download information for your personal use or for the use of members of a recognised SAR or rescue team. Any other use of this material in an infringement of the author's copyright unless you get written permission from the author .

6. If you don't like these policies then leave this site NOW.

Privacy

This privacy statement discloses what information we gather and how we use it.

1. If you send us personal information via mail, telephone or E-mail we won't give it to anyone without your written permission unless the information is requested by a law enforcement representative.

2. You are solely responsible for any information you leave in a publically accessible area of these pages.

3. The server on which this site is located keeps various logs of Internet activity as part of its normal routine. Under normal circumstances no human looks at these logs or cares what they contain.

4. We don't send cookies to your computer. If you want cookies then bake your own.

5. We do look at the number of visitors to each page of our site for the sole purpose of seeing how popular each section is. We don't know who the individual visitors are and we don't care.
