Anyone may contribute articles to our library as long as they
adhere to these editorial guidelines.
Articles must be on subjects relating to cave rescue or cave safety.
General caving articles are not appropriate for this collection.

Paper copies will not be accepted. Articles may be in Microsoft Word,
StarOffice 5.2, RTF or plain text formats. If the article is not in plain text it must be accompanied by a plain text copy in
case the main file is damaged. Any illustrations must be in PNG or JPEG
formats.
Authors must include a note giving a brief synopsis of the
article as well as an autobiography (fewer than 100 words) including
relevant experience and contact information including an e-mail address.
Articles submitted for publication may be edited for grammar,
spelling or clarity. ACRO reserves the right not to publish any
article that is off-topic, obscure, obviously incorrect or otherwise
unacceptable.
By submitting your article for publication you grant ACRO the
non-exclusive right to publish your work on its web site. All other
rights are retained by the author.
This library is provided as a service to the Emergency Services
community in the hope that the documents will be of use in saving lives
and comforting those in distress.
